The motor show sidelines are an amazing place to learn new information from the industry – heck, some of it is so fresh and radical, it eventually fails to materialize, despite being passed on at the time with no intention to deceive. We therefore look with great interest and a little bit of skepticism at what Auto Express found out when speaking to Nissan’s development boss, Andy Palmer, at the Frankfurt motor show.
He explained that the manufacturer is really interested in delivering a new sports car, but it will be different to the current 370Z, and more importantly, it will not resemble the Toyota GT86 in any way.
